When you call a RefrigerationNow number, our phone provider logs the time of the call, how long it lasted, whether it was answered, and the number it came from. We use that log to count calls and to see whether the line is working. We do not record calls, we do not sell the log, and we do not use it to market to you.

Your call is connected to an independent commercial refrigeration company. What that company does with your details is covered by its own policies, not ours.

We use two tools to see how the site is being used. Google Analytics counts page views and, with its enhanced measurement setting left on, also records how far down a page you scroll, clicks that take you off the site, file downloads, site searches and video plays. With each of those it keeps the kind of device and browser you used, the page you came from, and the rough location your network reports.

Microsoft Clarity records a replay of your visit: the pages you open, where you move and click, and how far you scroll. It uses those same clicks and scrolls to build heat maps of each page. Clarity masks sensitive content by default, so anything you type into a box or choose from a drop-down is hidden in every mode, and numbers and email addresses in the page text are hidden too.

We use both to see which pages people read and where the site is confusing. Neither one is used for advertising, and we do not sell what they collect.
