How RefrigerationNow works
What we are
RefrigerationNow is a website and a phone line. When you call the number on a city page, a short recorded message tells you that you are being connected, and the call is put through to an independent commercial refrigeration company that works in that area.
What we are not
We are not a repair company. We do not employ technicians, we do not send anyone out, and we do not quote, schedule or do repairs. We hold no refrigeration licenses or certifications, and we have no customer reviews. The company that answers sets its own prices, schedule and terms, and you deal with it directly.
What we check, and what we do not
We choose the company calls go to from what it says on its own website about commercial refrigeration work. We have not checked its licenses, insurance, certifications or prices. Ask the company about each before you book.
What we keep
For each call we keep a log: the time, how long it lasted, whether it was answered, and the number it came from. We do not record calls. What the website itself collects as you read it is written out on the privacy page.
How RefrigerationNow makes money
Today it does not. Nobody pays us for your call. If a repair company ever pays to receive these calls, this page will say so and name that company.
